Experience the diversity and inspiring scenic beauty of Seychelles’ largest island, beginning with a tour of the capital city, Victoria. Visit places of interest such as the clock tower and colourful local marketplace. A leisurely drive through winding mountain passes and tea plantations pauses at the historic Mission Lodge, with its weathered ruins and awe-inspiring views. Then head south to Jardin du Roi’s exotic spice gardens where you’ll learn more about the medicinal and traditional uses of Seychelles’ plants. Enjoy a traditional Creole lunch served at a local restaurant. Lastly, shop for local, hand-made souvenirs at the Craft Village.

Begin with a tour of the capital, Victoria, and visit places of interest such as the Victoria Clock Tower and the colourful Sir Selwyn-Selwyn Clark Market place, whilst our experienced guides share the country’s rich culture and history with you. Moving on,  enjoy a leisurely drive through the mountain passes of Sans Souci, as you travel through lush forest and tea plantations along one of the most scenic routes in Seychelles.

After a stop at the historic Mission Lodge, with its weathered ruins and awe-inspiring views of the coast below, set off to enjoy a Creole Buffet in a local Seychellois restaurant. Soak in the breathtaking scenery of the many idyllic bays along the Southern coast before heading to a historic herb & spice garden and our Guides are sure to enlighten you on the unique flora and fauna only found in the Seychelles.

End the day with an insight into Creole culture and architecture by visiting the local craft village for an opportunity of purchasing local souvenirs, viewing Creole houses and meeting local artisans making their crafts.

Departure from stadium car park. See the highlights of Victoria: the clock tower, colour markets, etc.

10:30 - Departure from Victoria | Scenic Drive along Sans Souci

Enjoy views of Mahé's forests and tea plantation on this winding mountain pass.

11:00 - Arrival Mission Lodge

This site of cultural and historical significance also boasts remarkable views of the west coast.

11:30 - Departure Mission Lodge

A scenic drive along the west coast, headed south.

12:30 - Jardin du Roi (Spice Garden) | Guided Tour and Creole Lunch

Walk through the gardens and observe indigenous fruit trees and spices. Enjoy an authentic Creole lunch.

13:30 - Scenic drive along Southern Coast

The 'Wild South' is home to some of Mahé's most beautiful beaches.

14:00 - Arrival at Craft Village

View locally-made arts and crafts. A wonderful opportunity for souvenir shopping.
