PLANTATION HOUSE: Serves authentic Creole Style a la carte cuisine. This historical building evokes the memories of the early settlers and is a wonderful venue for open air dining. The Plantation House is closed seasonally due to bird nesting.

THE PIRATES’ BAR/ANSE BAMBOO BEACH BAR: offers light snacks and drinks at lunch and dinner.

WINE CELLAR: the resort’s wine selection competes with the most famous hotel and restaurants in the world, presenting a variety of wines from all around the globe, including important labels, varietals and vineyards.
